    Default Some fields not remembered using fmbadhandler

    FORGET THIS POST, I JUST FOUND THE SOLUTION IN THE FORUM
    Hello, it's me again
    I'm using fmbadhandler with your sampleform which works fine except: When a user clicks on return link after filling out the form incorreclty, all fields are remembered (radio buttons, text areas etc etc) EXCEPT the textfields "realname" and "email"! I've been looking for an error so long I'm going crosseyed.

    The sample form is here http://www.hola-andorra.com/formmail/sampleform.htm
    The input line for realname is
    <INPUT TYPE="text" NAME="realname" VALUE="test">
    although I HATE having to put a value attribute and would like to avoid it if possible.

    Am I overlooking a stupid mistake I made?

    I'd also like to mention that I am very excited about formmail as it it really good and that I am about to fit it in on our website http://www.hola-andorra.com. I've been looking for something similar to formmail for months on the web without success. Only criticism: why do you not appear first on ALL search engines I would have saved months of searching

    Hi,

    Only criticism: why do you not appear first on ALL search engines I would have saved months of searching
    I'll tell you why: search engines inadvertently promote buggy software. Each time the competitors' FormMails have a security vulnerability, a lot of sites say "Hey this FormMail has yet another security problem.....<link to website>".

    So, the search engines say "hey, this site is popular because of all the links to it....it must be good".

    Unfortunately, the search engines don't know the difference between a link that says something good about a site and a link that says something bad.

    Make sure you help, though....please put a link to our site on your site!
