If you would like support, register for our forums first, then post your question or request for assistance.

If you need to contact us outside the forums, the best way to contact us is via FAX or email. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

Even if you are outside Australia, we will usually reply between 4 and 24 hours after you've written to us.

If you want to send us something that must remain secret (such as login details to your server), we've provided a secure form for that purpose.

We respond to every legitimate email we receive. However, if you have a spam filter then you may not receive our response! Please ensure you add us to your "white list".

If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours, blame your spam filter! If it's appropriate to respond to your email, we always respond within 48 hours.

In many cases, it's better to register for our forums and send us a Private Message (because you can only do that successfully by receiving an email from our server).
