Please note: we respond to every legitimate contact.
Even if you are outside Australia, we will usually reply between 4 and 24 hours after you've written to us.
If you want to send us something that must remain secret (such as login details to your server), we've provided a secure form for that purpose.
Careful with spam filters
The problem with email is that we may respond and you might not receive our response due to a faulty spam filter.
If it's appropriate to respond to your email, we always respond within 48 hours.
If you don't hear back from us, please include your phone number in a followup email (along with your location or time zone) and we'll phone you.
Put simply: we don't spam, we don't pester, and you can safely communicate with us.
We respond to every legitimate email we receive. However, if you have a spam filter then you may not receive our response! Please ensure you add "tectite.com" to your "white list".

Our office is closed, but our staff check for email (see above) 7 days a week.
